You can also download and print your member ID card from our secure member web portal when you log in at. Have you received a member ID card in the mail? If you haven't received your member ID card, contact Member Services at 1-83 (TTY 711), and we will send you a new one. Existing members will not receive a new Welcome Guide, only new members will receive a Welcome Guide for this year.
